Warranties:
Unless otherwise stated, warranties for products purchased by the customer are for faulty products within the specified warranty timeframe and are on a supply/product only basis.
If installation and workmanship are purchased through Light Tech LED in addition to the product, in the unlikely event of a product being faulty, we can provide the electrical labour to accompany the replacement, as concluded reasonable by Light Tech LED.

Returns Policy:
We accept returns for faulty products. In which case we will offer a replacement product.
Any faulty products should be returned to us by the customer within the warranty timeframe.
Due to the long length of some warranties and products as they get older being replaced with newer versions over time. should the same product purchased not be easily available to us in the unlikely event of a product being faulty, we will provide a likewise/similar value available version at the time as a replacement.
